Hi there, it's Terry Holmes, and I'm fundraising for assistance with my medial expenses.

I never would never have ever imagined myself being in this position, but I have been having difficulty paying for my Medicare (nearly $700/month) and my newest medication (which is the most expensive medicine I have ever had to purchase/take). EVER!

The good news is that it is really helping me out in many ways!!! I'm becoming stronger, and my body is beginning to feel like my body again. The tremors are less severe, and all of my muscles are beginning to show more strength!

My condition is rare, only about 150,00 people, of all age groups, in America have it (out of 300 millon or so).
