I need help.
I turned 50 this year, and since leaving an abusive marriage, I’ve dealt with lupus diagnosis, breast cancer, and job losses. I have no future at this point if I don’t make a change. I’m hoping this can provide me with something.

I have been out of work for over 2 years now. I’ve been barely getting by with unreliable contract work and I’ve maxed out my credit cards. :-(
It is time to make a career pivot.
I want to go to school to become a real estate agent. There are no grants here for that and I cannot afford it.
The total cost of school and licensing is $2,412.50
This includes the school I chose, the exam fee, licensing fee, fingerprinting/ background check, required post licensing fee, the required association membership fee to be able to work as agent, etc.
I also added money that will help me with life bills while I focus on doing the course and not also trying to hustle for more work to pay bills. I want to be able to get through the program as quickly as possible.
I honestly don’t even know if I’m asking for enough to get me started… :-/
