Please help me get my medication!

Hi! After 3 appeals, county care has decided to stop funding my immunosuppressive injections. I’ve been on dozens of different treatments for my multiple autoimmune conditions, but this is the first that has helped to treat my joint curvature, my skin, and most importantly my heart. Psoriasis, lupus, and psoriatic arthritis (I have them all) can all impact your heart and I have very weak ventricles (specifically the left ventricle which is the most important, I can explain more if you message me!) and this medication has been a godsend. It allowed me to walk on the beach during vacation, go for a run, swim, babysit, and do normal person things without getting exhausted to the point of hospitalization because my heart was able to pump normal amounts of oxygenated blood to my body. We are working on getting me patient assistance and trying to appeal to my insurance again but I really need help with next months injections. I know 5,500 dollars is a lot to ask but please share this! It really is life or death for me, and most importantly the quality of life I have even though I’m very sick. I wouldn’t ask for help if I didn’t really need it. Im a paramedic student very close to being done with school (this semester!) and I have a passion for helping others with trauma and chronic illness and i don’t want this to stop me. I’m hoping I only need help with this next month of injections and by the time next month is overwith I’ll have appealed to my insurance or gotten assistance. The way our healthcare system works is inhumane and I very much wish i didn’t have to beg for money on the internet. If anyone could help anyway they could i would really appreciate it!!!!
