Please help me get a new cushion

Hello my name is Kayla and iv been in a wheelchair for 9years due to a car accident. The last two years I've been using this thin cushion with no support. I have degeneration on my lower spine and really need a new chair but who can afford that these days. A new cushion would atleast give me some support while I take care of my two kids and try to live life with as little pain as possible. I appreciate your support and even just sharing this may help.
