Please help me get a Gluten Detection Service Dog!

Hi there, my name is Carrie Shrank and I am raising funds to acquire a gluten detection service dog to save my life! I have celiac disease and coming into contact with the protein gluten is deadly for me, and gluten is EVERYWHERE in normal life! It is impossible for me to safely avoid it on my own. Gluten is literally the same as poison to me. I am currently on antibiotics for internal bleeding, after being accidentally glutened two times in the past four weeks, and ending up in the hospital with internal bleeding. When my body recognizes gluten (a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye), it creates antibodies to fight the gluten, and the antibodies are what destroy soft tissues in the body, which affects not only my internal organs, but every system in my body including my heart, skin, joints, moisture levels in my eyes and mouth; and it causes inflammation that triggers dental issues, migraines that last a week or longer, and monstrous menstrual cycles. It feels like something is trying to kill me from the inside out! :(
But there IS a way that can help me to avoid gluten and hopefully allow me to get back to a normal and healthy life, and that is to acquire a gluten detection service dog. They are incredibly expensive because they are hard to train and the training takes so long, up to a year and a half of specialized training, on top of regular service dog training. Snowy Pines has trained dogs for years and they can have a gluten detection service dog ready toward the end of 2025, for approximately $48,000. I am confident that I can find a cheaper training service, but I am a teacher and there is no way I can afford this kind of money on my teacher salary! I barely make enough to live in the Colorado Springs area, let alone make enough to pay for medical bills and expenses like this. But here is where you come in! You can help to save my life AND you get to be a part of the process and watch this beautiful life saving creature come into my world and change it for the better! He/she could help me to not only avoid ingesting gluten, but also identify it in soaps, lotions, laundry detergents, medicine, make up, cleaning supplies, chapstick, surfaces and counter tops, and many, many other places where gluten likes to regularly hide! Most people don't understand how gluten can hurt people like me, and that misunderstanding is partly what makes gluten even more dangerous... but a gluten detection service dog would be a game changer and could actually let me live a normal, healthy life. Please help me with this process!!
