Hello, my name is Dale R Lake and my mom Margaret Bryden (Lochrie) passed away and it has taken me just over 6 months to deal with the loss as she was my only parent and friend. I was at a loss as what to do with her ashes for her memory. I have now figured out what i think she would want. She always told me stories of when she was younger, about a lake where my family is from in Nova Scotia that I would love to take her back to and spread her ashes and lay her to rest at where she felt at home. To make her final trip across canada and to get me back home in Vancouver i need to get as close as I can to $6500. I have done as much as I can to do this on my own but with the economy the way it is, and the cost of living always going up it has been hard trying to save what I can to get her laid to rest and let me finally get her back home.
