Hi, I'm Zoe. I'm a freshly graduated high-school student heading off to college, and an absolute animal lover. Since I was born, my house has been filled with animals of all kinds. Dogs, fish, rabbits, and at the age of eight I got two little budgies that blossomed into a life-long obsession of birds of all kinds (I now own several birds, all of who I adore greatly).
Recently, one of my birds closest to my heart passed, Budgie. He was one of the first two I got when I was just eight years old, and without him my love for birds would have never been found. His partner, Pearl, who assed in 2021, also got a respectful cremation. I would like to do the same for him, to give him the final goodbye he deserves.
Unfortunately, with college planning and expenses coming up and me having to quit my job in the upcoming weeks as I will be attending college out-of state, it's impossible for me to spend the 200 dollars needed to cremate him without putting myself in a risky financial situation. My family does not have the means to support me either at the moment due to other miscellanious financial concerns. I do not typically reach out for help like this, but I want to do what's right by my little baby.
