Please help me come up from rock bottom

Hello… This may seem abrupt & random, but I decided to come forward & speak up for help.

Recently, I had helped someone close to me financially. It started with a genuine desire to help them, & there were promises set in place to repay me much sooner.

However, there were two instances since the. where that person couldn’t pay me back due to personal issues in their own life. They’ve had to cover sudden emergencies of their own, rendering me to fend for myself longer.

As a result, it’s been difficult to cover sudden expenses & support myself in this inflation while waiting for repayment, & I have exercised every caution I could take to keep myself afloat. Nonetheless, I come forward with shaking hands to ask for just a bit of help. Anything helps. I live alone and neither my parents nor my sister can offer much help, so I’m left to my own devices.

I am aware I have been incredibly foolish and naive, not to mention how shameful and embarrassed I feel. But, I decided to be honest with my situation and realize that I can’t endure this on my own.
