Please help me build my pc setup for my music production

Hi, my name is Joe, and I've been having music lessons and publishing some of my music for just over a year now. it's come to the point where I think it really might be going somewhere, the only problem is I don't have a computer at home, meaning I can only make music in my lessons which I take once a week. I would really appreciate any help with building my pc setup.
