Please help me and my family survive!

Hello, my name is Bashar from Gaza City. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Media and used to work as a Project Coordinator at the Atfaluna Society for Deaf Children.

I owned my own business, a youth café. I used to also own a children's clothing store. It was completely destroyed in the 2021 war.

I got married and was blessed with a son, Amir, born on June 6, 2023.

After the bombings began in 2023, we left our homes and our lives behind. We were displaced south to Khan Younis, where I quickly had to learn how to survive.

Then, we were displaced again and moved to Rafah, where my wife (Shrouq), my son (Amir), and I stayed for three months, separated from our extended families.

After more threats in Rafah, we pulled together what little we had left and relied on donations to get out. We made it to Egypt on March 15, 2024. But life here is tough. We don't have residency permits, and I've tried hard to find work, but without residency, it's prohibited.

I am starting from scratch with my wife and our one-year-old son, Amir. We need your help to pay our rent and provide a decent life for our family. With your support, I hope to open a new business that will secure a dignified future for us in Egypt.
