Hi, this is our sweet boy maximus and as you can see he split his tooth while he used his teeth to protect his face from a fall... Max is a high needs autistic child and to get dental work done means getting a room at a private hospital and an Anaesthesiologist to put him under so they can examine him and do the work they know (the broken tooth) and also do any other work that may be needed and preventative work if required since the room and Anaesthesiologist are such massive costs, let alone the dental surgery.

Im just a simple working man and coming up with this money is just so hard with paychecks going on food and bills and any help would be greatly appreciated as this is really hard and embarrassing to ask for money.
