Help Honor the Memory of Mary Jo Gambino

It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of Mary Jo Gambino,a beloved mother, sister, aunt, fiancé, and friend, who left us far too soon at the age of 62.

Mary Jo courageously and quietly battled several chronic illnesses throughout her life, never asking for help beyond the support of her only daughter, Kayla Noonan, her fiancé, Frank Cortese and her

siblings, Joseph Gambino, Gina Koskowski (Raymond), and Sarah Quinion (Tom).

She was a devoted Catholic and a cherished member of St. Mary’s Church in Hudson, NY, where she faithfully attended

weekly Mass.

Tragically, a surgery we all prayed would bring her relief instead ended her life unexpectedly. Because of her long struggle with illnesses, including Lupus, and Kidney Disease, Mary Jo was unable to continue working and was denied even the simplest form of life insurance, being deemed too high-risk due to her severe health conditions. This has left our family facing the overwhelming cost of nearly $10,000 in funeral and burial expenses.

Mary Jo’s wish was to be laid to rest in Cedar Park Cemetery, where she reserved a plot within proximity of her parents-our beloved grandparents, and family and friends who rest in eternal peace

within this beautiful cemetery. Our greatest desire is to honor those wishes and give her the dignified

farewell she deserves and so greatly wanted.

We are humbly reaching out to family, friends, and kind-hearted strangers for help during this difficult time.
