Help RN!Surgeryx2 lost job,car,apt.

My sister, Mary broke  her hand at home on February 23,2020 and was denied the opportunity to stay on light duty at her job as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room or in any other department. She had no vacation time due to a family member's ongoing hospitalization in 2019 so she had 2 weeks with no pay prior to her disability pay kicking in. During the time she was recovering from her broken hand, she was told she needed shoulder surgery, which could not wait until the fall. It was scheduled for March 26th and was postponed 2 days prior due to Covid restrictions on non emergent surgeries.  This used up 8 weeks of valuable leave time . She finally had the surgery on May 7th  and instead of a simple rotator cuff repair the surgeon said they "found" a proximal bicep tendon tear that needed to be repaired so this put her out of work 4 to 6 months instead of 8 weeks. However, she is still not cleared to work. She subsequently lost her job in September due to exhausted leave. Consequently, she has had to pay almost a $1000 a month for Cobra insurance as she was at a 100% coverage and needed to continue physical therapy and seeing her surgeon. Because of this, Mary is about to lose her car insurance, her car and possibly her apartment. Any help is appreciated. If you can not donate,please pray and please share. Thank you!
