Please Help Maricruz recover from a Hit and Run

On the morning of February 1st, at approximately 3:30 am, our mothers' ride home was interrupted by a Hit and Run. The vehicle she was in was hit on the passenger side and flung into a nearby yard. My mother took almost the full impact of the collision. The Vehicle that caused the accident ran the red light and the driver abandoned the car and fled the scene. Unfortunately, the vehicle was stolen and the driver was not apprehended.

Our mother Maricruz Sanchez suffered a ruptured intestine, bruised lung, and fractures on her spine leaving her hospitalized and in need of physical therapy. She will be unable to return to work for quite a while, the recovery process will be extensive.

My mother has always been a hard worker and has always put people before herself. She has always been proud of the dedication she puts into her occupation. She has never shied away from lending a helping hand to anyone in need.

We as her children ask any friends, families, or anyone in between for your prayers and any assistance in getting us through this life-altering tragedy. Anything helps and we appreciate you all.
