Please Help Margaret While She Fights Covid
Donation protected
As most of you know our dear friend Margaret Fenton has been in the hospital for some time now fighting COVID-19, even before being intubated and sedated on October 27th. It has come time to reach out and ask for assistance with affairs. Margaret's daughter and only child, Madison, who will be taking care of this.
Last Friday Madison gave myself and her friends a full update:
"On Friday we drove to Prince George to assess and see what could be done for her.
I found her in excellent care and everyone seemed very attentive to her needs.
I was able to sit with her for a few hours on the other side of a glass door. I know she knew I was there and could hear me.
She has covid pneumonia, a bacterial infection, and a build up of fibrous matter within her lungs.
They were able to take her down in sedation, but she is still a far cry from being able to wake up.
She is not out of the woods and they are taking things day by day.
In my meeting with her medical team I was able to go through what to expect once she recovers.
Which would be a lot of rehabilitation, likely a new baseline function physically and potentially cognitively.
I feel that where she is now she could snap back with bubbly enthusiasm, opinion, and a stubborn indifference as to what would be expected.
The road is long and arduous but it’s still there"
Yesterday Madison let me know Margaret's medical team took her down in sedation a little bit and are preparing to put her on a different one soon.
I ask for your love and light for Maragret & Madison Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
