Hi, my name is Keilamarie and I am fundraising for my parents.

My mom is a full time live in nurse and my dad is a retired entrepreneur but was still active doing side gigs and maintaining the home.

On the way home from Church on 5-19-24 they got into a horrible wreck and got struck by another car which then resulted in Mama Brooks needing knee surgery due to a fractured tibia in her right leg and will be in a wheelchair for the next 3 months after the surgery. Then Papa Brooks ended up with a broken right big toe and both have full body soreness from the impact.

2 weeks later, my dad then had a heart attack on 6-2-24 which has now added to the severity of their situation. They are both now out of commission with the unfortunate reality that bills don’t care that you’ve fallen on hard times.

My mom's employers are the daughters of the elderly lady that my mom cares for as a live in nurse and suggested that I opened a GoFund me to ask for the support from our community, friends and family members. Any donation that is sent over from the kindness of your heart will be forever appreciated and received with a grateful heart.
