Please help Maisy have her operation

Hi, my name is Kathryn and I live in Suffolk, England, with my dog Maisy and my two cats Ollie and Georgie. Unfortunately I was unable to have children, and obviously no grandchildren either to lavish my love upon. So my furbabies mean everything to me, they are my family!! During the past year Maisy has developed a cough which has got progressively worse, the vet has diagnosed narrowing of her trachea and treatment is an operation to put in a stent in order to keep it open. I have been told that the cost will be around £6.000. I have approached various UK based charities, none of whom can help me. I have worked all my life as a carer but was forced to give up due to serious health issues and find myself on benefits for the first time in forty years and without any savings. I have always helped other people, but now find myself in the position where I need help, so that I can do everything in my power to help my baby girl!!
