Please help us give Mabel every chance to fight

Yesterday our beautiful baby Mabel – our French Bulldog, not even two and a half years old – became suddenly and terribly poorly. Her blood has stopped clotting properly, and after spending all day at our vets, she suffered a major bleed and had to be rushed straight to a specialist animal hospital.

Right now, against all the odds, she is still fighting so hard to stay with us.

We don’t yet know what has caused this – whether she accidentally came into contact with rat poison, or if it is something hereditary. She has already been through so much in her short life, and today she is waiting for a life-saving blood transfusion, if we can get it to her in time.

Mabel is insured up to £4000, but this will not come close to covering the specialist intensive care she so desperately needs.

I have never asked for help like this before – but I am asking now, not for me, but for her. She is absolutely everything to me, and to her best friend Rolo our Dachshund too. We are heartbroken and worried sick, and just want to give her the very best chance to pull through.
