Hello! my name is Luna and I'm starting this gofundme on behalf of my family. My husband, Krym, was recently let go from his 4 year long job working for a large retailer to be replaced by an outside contractor they could pay less money. This came with absolutely no warning to us. One day he was working just fine, the next he was let go with not even a thanks for the hours upon hours of unpaid overtime he performed for them.

Right now we are both actively seeking employment (i am very limited by disability on what i can do but i am trying!) but after his last paycheck came in we will be unable to pay for basic things like rent, food, bills, and caring for our pets. Government assistance in our area is capped at a very low amount. We are doing everything we can to use the programs available to us but we all know the government works slow and time isn't on our side. An eviction would destroy us and as someone who has been homeless before, i fear having to go back to that situation.

Anything you can give, even a dollar, will go towards nothing other than the absolute essentials. I am really hoping that we can both find employment quickly. When we are employed and paychecks come in again, any money left from this campaign will be passed along to someone else in need. We are not looking to profit from this, just get by in the upcoming months.
