Please help Lulu for her eye surgery

My name is Lulu. I had a happy life when I got adopted 5 years ago. But then my owner got a dog, and she put me outside to live because the dog didn’t like me. Luckily, some nice ladies fed me and took care of me. But then they were told by the Home Owners Association that if they continued to feed me, they would be fined because no cats can live outside. So some Haven on Earth Animal League volunteers tried to help me so I could get adopted to a family who would love me. But I have this eye problem where my eyelids turn into my eyes and it’s very uncomfortable for me. I am having surgery on my eyes this week but it is costing about $1500 to get my eyes fixed. Can you help with the cost of this? I’d be so happy if you could.
