Lieutenant Lucious Howard worked for with the Tennessee Highway Patrol for 34 years, and just roughly 18 months into retirement, he needs our help. After numerous CT scans, MRIs, and consultations with physicians at Vanderbilt, it has been determined Lucious has Central Nervous System Lymphoma.
