Hello friends. My name is Lori and I have been diagnosed with cancer. I need chemotherapy treatments and I cannot afford it. The treatments are weekly for 12 weeks, followed by radiation therapy. Each chemo treatment is approximately $1800. I do have medical insurance that will cover this. However, the insurance does not pay a dime until I have met my deductible of $7500. I am desperately seeking assistance to pay that $7500, so that I can begin these treatments. Unfortunately, I only have about $6 to my name, and no income right now. I am self-employed as a tax preparer, but that income does not start flowing until around Fedruary. I did take on another job recently to help pay for these upcoming bills, but that didn't work out and I was fired.
I did already complete a first course of chemo which was 4 biweekly sessions. That ended a couple of weeks ago and now I need to move on to the next course. All my medical bills so far have been fully covered by insurance, but the next set of treatments starts a new year, thus a new deductible.
I have survived 7 strokes. 2 pituitary tumors, 30 years of cluster headaches, thyroid cancer and a partridge in a pear tree! I am really tired of a broken body. The god LORD has healed me every time and I KNOW he will pull me through another of life's tragedies.
Perhaps you could give a mere $25 or more this merry Christmas season? Just 300 people donating $25 will help save my life from cancer!
I sincerely appreciate all that you can do to help me. Thank you!
