PLEASE HELP LOLA SURVIVE TO BE WITH HER PUPS!

UPDATE: It is with a very heavy heart that I need to post this update.

Unfortunately, Lola did not make it and has crossed the Rainbow Bridge.

The family would like to give an immense thank everyone for their support, whether you donated, shared or sent well wishes.

Their final bill was $3100 and I will keep the gofundme up awhile longer in case anyone would still like to help out. They still have 6 eleven day old pups to help through this tragedy.

Hello, my name is Chantel and I am asking for help for my friend, Emily V. and her beautiful dog, Lola.

Lola gave birth to 6 beautiful puppies on January 5th.

The vet believes Lola aspirated during birth and now has pneumonia and sepsis.

Lola is currently at Walker Road Animal Hospital (donations can also be made directly to them by calling: 519) [phone redacted])

Her care plan up until 5pm today (Jan.16) is estimated at between $3100 - $3800. They are suggesting she stay under their care for at least 3 more additional days at a cost of over $1500.00 DAILY as she is on oxygen and IVs.

The family is absolutely devastated and so worried for their beloved Lola. They want her to have the best chance to get through this and to be reunited with her tiny babies who need their mama. They are currently bottle feeding the puppies and providing around the clock care for them.

This GoFundMe aims to take some of the financial burden off of the family. The family are wonderful pet owners and wonderful people who could really use some assistance from our community at this time.
