Please help Logan Hammermeister
One of my son's friends, Logan Hammermeister, had a very serious accident while on the job trimming trees. He was med-flighted to UW Hospital where he eventually underwent a long surgery. The T4 through T12 of his spine had to be fused together and Logan is now classified as a paraplegic and will be unable to walk again. We are hoping to help raise money to offset the costs of customizing Logan's home &/or other medical expenses.
Logan will be faced with some challenges ahead, but the doctors say he is strong and will be able to do pretty much everything & anything that he has been doing - he's just going to learn new ways to do it.
After Logan got out of surgery he had a very positive attitude! There will be times when keeping that positive attitude is going to be really hard, but his friends & family will have his back. ALWAYS.
As of now, Logan is still in the hospital and will have days of rehabilitation ahead. If you are able, please help contribute to the expenses the Hammermeister's will be faced with in getting Logan setup with his new paraplegic needs. I know the Hammermeister family will appreciate this greatly. (Logan's dad has spent years working with Outdoor Adventures for the Physically Challenged taking physically impaired individuals, war veterans, and terminally ill out for a hunt of a lifetime all expenses paid by the foundation. It's our turn to reciprocate those kind selfless actions )
