Please help little Jack

Hi, my name is Jose and I am raising funds for my daughter Zoe, to pay Vet bills for little Jack.

Jack is a 3 years old Jack Russell . He has just been diagnosed with Extra-hepatic poro-systemic shunt.

Basically, about a month ago , Jack suddenly became a totally different character. His whole demeanour changed. He was becoming quite aggressive, then would sit staring into space. He started to drink far more than normal. We knew there was so.ething not quite right with him, so off he went to the Vet. After a few tests and scans, plus blood readings, they found he had a large stone in the bladder and then his blood readings showed up very high levels of ammonia. His blood hasn't been going through his liver to get rid of toxins. Instead, his blood was bypassing the liver via the shunt and the toxins were going back into his blood stream and up to the brain.

Anyone that knows my daughter Zoe, knows that she would sell her organs to pay for her animals welfare.

She has insurance of up to £6000 for Jack, unfortunately, it has cost just over £5000 up to now and he still has to have an operation to remove the bladder stone and then close the shunt off. This will cost a minimum of another £4-6000.

My daughter is not well herself (she also has a similar liver problem, as well as Mental Health problems).

I am hoping that some kind-hearted animal lovers may be able to help to raise funds for the rest of Jack's treatment.

At only 3 years of age he has so many more happy years ahead of him.

Please help if you can. Should we be lucky enough to raise more funds than needed, we will pay the excess towards an animal charity near to us, which raises funds all year round for smaller animal charities.
