Hi my Name is Maria! I am trying to raise money for my dear friend’s little boy called Efrem!

I have known Marcela since university. She is one of the most sweet and honest girls I know. She has a lovely and happy family! But their happiness was shaken a few weeks ago when their 4 year old son was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive form of cancer. There are treatments available but they are private and extremely expensive. Costs that the family can not cover on their own.
