Please help David to become more able to walk

We need help for David please.
A 5 year old boy, diagnosed with a delay in psychomotor development, severe hypotonia and chromosome 14 microdeletion.
In short, he can't walk alone, don't have balance, he often falls and even hit himself sometimes. 

 The parents make every effort to help him grow into a normal childhood, but despite some encouraging progress he is still far from being able to walk alone confidently. 
The cost of therapies is an extreme financial effort for the parents, with only the father working while mum is looking after David and his older brother.
