Our mom, Linda, passed away on January 21st, 2025, after battling colon cancer that was discovered in August of 2024. Her funeral service was on January 28th, 2025, placing her to rest next to our father, John.

My brother and I have been doing our best to fund everything to fulfill her wishes for the funeral. Unfortunately, he and I are both trying to rebuild from a financially straining 2024 due to our own hardships we were dealt. Our mom did not have a life insurance policy and did not have very much in savings. We received some memorial funds from cards received at her funeral, and we are extremely appreciative to those received. The amount of bills that have come up and balances due we were not expecting only gets us so far with it.

Asking for help has never come easy for me or my brother, Austin, which is probably something we inherited from our mother, Linda. We sincerely thank you for taking the time to read this, for sharing it, for donating to it, anything. We are forever grateful.
