This is my Hail Mary at the shit storm life has thrown at us. Time is up and this is truly the hardest time of my life and this is the hardest thing to share publicly.

Well here it goes...

I've done everything I can to not have to share what's been going on but I'm out of options.

On March 18th, my daughter, Grace, was rushed to the emergency room she was extremely mentally disoriented, unable to walk and respond, along with having small seizures. She was diagnosed with septic streptococcus pneumonia meningitis. Her condition was critical, and she spent over a month in the ICU, requiring a breathing tube,feeding tube, etc. As a result, Grace has lost most of her physical abilities. Speaking, walking, and most control her body, except for her right hand(how she communicates).

Grace is currently undergoing intensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy in Utah. While she is making progress, she still has a long road to recovery.

In the midst of this challenging time, I received notification in May that my income-based rent subsidy was canceled in February without my knowledge, resulting in a substantial increase in my rent balance. I had to take a leave from my job to care for Grace around the clock.

Additionally, my application for unemployment benefits was denied due to my employer informing them I won't have a job to come back to. When I was lead to believe otherwise. As a result, my family is facing eviction, and I am in dire need of support. I have exhausted all available options and would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide. Now that Grace is more stable I will be getting another job. Im just trying to get caught up and not loose everything.
