I am Leo's grandma. He belongs to my daughter. Her little shadow at all times. She came home to find him laying totally still outside and lethargic. The picture on the left is what his normal demeanor is. On the right...a very sick puppy. Along with the snake bite (you can actually see the fang marks on his nose), he seems to have eaten something bad. He's also battling pancreatic. Bad combination. He's in critical condition. The anti-venom alone was $1600. Then plasma. And that is just the beginning at the local vet. He was taken to the vet ER and is still there now. Last night he was given a 30%-40% chance to live. The bills are mounting.
