When Dawn walked into a room, her smile can turn anyone's frown upside down. Dawn had a heart so big she couldn't say no regardless of the situation. She would give the last shirt on her back if she knew that it would help you go further. She always was willing to give a listening to ear to anyone in need and spoke courageously even with her fighting cancer for the second time.
If anyone has known Dawn she was known to be strong, brave, kind and a fighter with a smile that can brighten anyone's day. Dawn was diagnosed in January of 2021 and was called home after 6 months of battling of Stage 4 pancreatic endocrine tumors on June 15th, 2021. She leaves behind her whole world which are her three grandchildren that love her and will miss her dearly.

It breaks my heart to know that my mother is no longer here with us and she fought this fight until she couldnt fight anymore. Every time we spoke she would tell me "Im not ready to go," but god had other plans. I can no longer call your phone to talk to or complain or even to just run my mouth. My phone will no longer ring and she would say, "I didnt call to speak to you, I called to speak to my grand kids." My mother was a loving, kind and generous woman. Her personality can swipe anyone off their feet, her laugh was contagious. I will miss all of our laughs, all of my late nights sneaking in your house. I will miss our jokes where we would laugh until we couldnt laugh anymore. The bond my mother and I had was one like no other, she was all I had. She was my back bone and my best friend. She was my shoulder to lean on and there isnt words that can express the pain that I am feeling. I want to thank everyone who was there for me and supported me through this journey until the very end and I cant express my gratitude and appreciation in all of you. I have no doubt that my mother is proud of me and is smiling down on all of us or maybe even talking a little shit because I haven't brushed my teeth yet this morning and I'm questioning my ability of being able to handling this. I hear you ma ! </3
All donations will be for putting Dawn to rest.
Thank you,
Her Daughter Avangeline
