Hi friends, our very best friend/sister Laura has recently learned that she has an aggressive form of breast cancer that is rapidly spreading. She will need a double mastectomy, removal of her lymph nodes, chemotherapy, and possibly radiation. This comes as she is trying to raise her 4 month old, beautiful  little girl(Isla Wren) and her adorable 5 year old (Easton). Her children mean the world to her and she’s such an amazing mom! They rely on her for everything, while her husband Kevin works full-time to support the family in real estate, with no paid leave. 

Laura will be constantly back and forth to hospitals and appointments as well physically incapable of caring for her family for periods of time. Insurance covers some (not all) of the medical procedures and care, but does not cover the cost of a nanny to help out with the children.

So, as friends who love her and her family, we are trying to raise funds to help with the costs of the children's care and the medical expenses not covered by insurance. Please consider donating whatever you can (no amount is too small) so that Laura and her family can get through this time more easily. Truly, anything is appreciated!
