Hi everyone, thank you so much for taking the time to view this Go Fund Me for my son and daughter-in-law, Colton and Laura.

 

In 2018, Laura, was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. Laura was told that she had about 6-12 months to live, but because of her warrior spirit and positive outlook on life, she continues to be with us 3 1/2 years later! Sadly, with some recent recurrences and having exhausted radiation and chemo efforts, the doctors are out of treatment options and Laura has been given an undetermined amount of time left. 

 

Laura and Colton have been a staple in the Pacific Beach, California community for years. Laura has been an inspiring master trainer at and part owner of Pacific Beach Training and started Laurabreathfit. Laura has inspired so many people over the years and has fought so hard for her life. She has endured countless surgeries, MRI’s, weeks on end in the hospital, and many chemo and radiation treatments.

Earlier this  week she and Colton were told by their doctor that they need to enjoy the time they have left to love one another! Now that her options have run out, Colton and Laura will be returning to Brazil to focus on Laura’s final days with piece of mind!

 

The personal cost of fighting this disease has been devastating - both emotionally and financially. And it is overtaking the precious time that Laura has left. This is devastating! Losing a spouse takes everything from a partner. To add excruciating costs is gut-wrenching! Colton is doing all he can, and when he is not at Laura’s side, he is continuing to work as much as he can! The stress of it all has been exhausting.
