It is with great sadness and disbelief that we announce the sudden and very unexpected passing of Jacob VanMeter.

Jacob was a very special person with a huge heart. He loved and cared deeply for everyone around him.

His mother Kyanne is devastated by the loss of her son.

This family is need of any and all support we can give during this time of grieving and carving out a new way of life without Jacob.
