Please Help Kristen and Noah in their time of loss

Early Monday morning, David Velez suffered from a massive brain aneurysm.  Later that day my sister, Kristen found out that David would not survive.  He passed away peacefully at Yale New Haven Hospital with Kristen and his mom by his side.  David was a dedicated, loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle cousin, and friend to so many people 

Dave was married to Kristen, and together they had Noah the light of both of their lives. Most recently Dave worked in the deli at Pats IGA.  Kristen and Dave never needed or wanted much.  They had each other, they had Noah, and they had their love and thats all that mattered.

With all of the emotional pain and stress that a death brings, it also brings financial burdens. We are trying to raise money for Kristen and Noah to help with any costs that will incur and to help wherever needed. As a community, we want to ease any stress on the family caused by outstanding costs and what comes afterwards. 

It is in these times of loss and sadness when you see people coming together to help one another make it through, to support the people we care for. We are thankful for any support you may be able to provide. We also encourage everyone to keep their family in their thoughts and prayers.  As some people have asked my mom Bonnie is listed as the beneficiary.   She will be making withdrawals for my sister as her account was in David's name.  This was easier for my sister until she can switch things over.
