Help My Dog Koby Jack Cheese Breathe Fully, I Got Hurt at Work and Need Help

Hi everyone. I normally would never ask for help like this, but I’m completely desperate to save my goodest boy, Koby Jack Cheese.
Koby is a 4-year-old Labrador who truly means everything to me. He’s the goofiest, happiest boy and the light of my life. I rescued him when he was only 6 months old. Someone told me he was “free with a bag of dog food.” They had no records and couldn’t even tell me who abandoned him. From the moment I met him, I knew he deserved so much more than that, and he has been my baby ever since.
Recently, Koby started having trouble breathing through his nose. At first I thought it might be allergies or a cold, but it kept getting worse. Hearing him struggle to breathe has been absolutely heartbreaking.
After multiple vet visits, medications, and finally a CT scan, we received devastating news. Koby has a 10cm mass that is 100% blocking his left nasal passage and has started affecting the middle and right side by 80% as well. The biopsy is the only way to determine what it is and how we can treat it.
So far, I have already spent over $2,000 on vet visits, medications, diagnostics, and the CT scan just to figure out what is wrong and help keep him comfortable. Unfortunately, the biopsy, possible surgery, and recovery are going to cost far more than I can afford on my own.
Watching him struggle to breathe depending on how he lays down breaks my heart every single day. Koby is only 4 years old and deserves so much more life, happiness, and adventures ahead of him.
