Please help kitten that was dumped

Miles was dumped at a local park with a feral colony. He didn’t belong there & we had never seen him before. I went home for a carrier to put him in. He has had a distended belly since the day we brought him home. He’s already been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, & dewormed. We had x-rays done on him over a week ago. They revealed severe constipation. We’ve been doing what the vet has recommended & he needs an enema tomorrow to try to clear the colon up. They’re suggesting it may be a neurological issue. I really hope not. But we need help with these bills. As it is, I feed over 100 cats daily out of pocket. I can’t afford the medical bills too. Any help is appreciated. Miles is only 5 months old. He’s a happy little guy that needs your help!
