Hi my Name is Brooke and I am a mum of 2. Before I became a mum of 2 I worked fulltime and was able to save and purchase items I needed along the way.

After having my first daughter Kiarna I took a step back from work and took on my motherly duties and tried to return to work around the time that Kiarna was 6months old however returning to work was short lived as Kiarna seem to not be meeting a lot of milestones and had major difficulties with eating which could result in choking incidents due to sensory preferences. I soon received a diagnosis for Kiarna at 1 years old a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder level 3 Requiring Substantial Support and a Global Developmental Delay.

Given that diagnosis I have become everything and more for Kiarna over these 4 years I am Kiarna’s main point of transportation getting Kiarna to and from appointments for her Therapy Services one being Speech Therapy and the second being Occupational Therapy which both are weekly sessions in two different locations. I am very strong willed and always have worked and find myself in a position where I am unable to return to work at this point in my life as my Daughter Requires substantial support I have become not only a Mother but a full-time carer for my daughter. I’m reaching out asking for any sort of donations as the main point of transportation we have is always letting us down and preventing us from attending very important therapy services for my daughter and just isn’t reliable leaving us without transportation a lot of the time. I am trying to save up funds to purchase a much more reliable vehicle to be able to assist my daughter in all her needs and aid her to attend her very important therapy sessions.
