I'm posting this for a dear friend, Kelleen Burgess. Unfortunately, she has ongoing knee issues and has been getting steroid injections for years just to be able to work. This last appointment, her doctor would not inject her knees because they were too swollen and directed her to go to the hospital where they can use a sonogram during the injections as they are getting worse. She has an appointment set but has currently not worked for weeks with no incoming money.

Kelleen lost her son a little over a year ago and used all her savings trying to get him the help he needed. Since then, she has been living paycheck to paycheck. Kelleen has worked at Satay for the last 13 years and is the matriarch of the restaurant. She was my trainer, and everyone that gets hired goes through her as an exceptional example of how to give customers the pinnacle of service. I've never worked with such a dedicated person who is so invested in giving customers the best dining experience possible. Her love for the service industry shines through in all aspects as she continually shows up.

I wanted to post this because she is in dire straits. Any donation would be for food, gas, and bills. EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS. I'm sure Kelleen would feel beyond blessed to have a little help during these trying times. Thank you for anything that you can contribute. It will be very appreciated.
