Please help keep this sweet baby safe

My name is Brooke and I am the Aunt to a very sweet girl named Nova. She has Cystic Fibrosis and needs a lot of care. Because of this, it is important that she stays in a clean, safe environment to ensure she stays healthy. Over the entirety of Novas life, she has been taken care of primarily by her mother Hope, and my husband and I and has not had much of a relationship with her biological father. Nova was removed from the state of Florida and brought to Ohio for a better life. Unfortunately, her biological Father has sought out custody of Nova and has presented his case in a manner that contains a lot of false information and we need to be able to fight and show the true nature of the situation at hand. There is an extensive history of drug abuse and domestic violence in this situation and the truth needs to be spoken for Novas protection. It is crucial that we provide all sides of our plea to the court in Florida in order for my sister Hope to maintain custody and sweet Nova to be able to stay in the state of Ohio.

Our ask of you is to please help us with cost for a lawyer for Hope. Due to the Jurisdiction being in Florida, Hope must retain a lawyer in Florida. It has been voiced by my attorney several times that it is detrimental that Hope obtains counsel or there is a higher chance that custody will go to the Father and Nova would be sent back to Florida and taken away from us. Any and all contributions, not matter how big or small, are greatly appreciated as we continue to fight for sweet Nova.
