Weekends are still strong, and we’re grateful for that. But quieter midweek trade, rising costs, and ongoing overheads are making it increasingly difficult to keep things steady.

This isn’t about expansion or growth.

It’s about stability.

It’s about keeping our team in work.

Keeping the lights on.

And making sure we’re still here in the months ahead.

We’ve never asked for help like this before. It’s not something we take lightly.
