Please help keep Farmer Girl Eb open!!!

Good evening everyone!

I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of Ebony Lunsford-Evans. For those of you who don’t know, Ebony and I have been my best friends for almost three decades. We have watched each other grow into mothers, wives (her still but not me, lol) and ultimately the women that we are today. In 2018, Ebony came to me with an idea that later came to be known as Out of The End Inc. One year later, she stepped out on faith and began working towards her dreams in 2019. Out of The End Inc, is a non-profit organization that is geared towards providing thriving skills to the youth between the ages of 5-17. The mission of the non-profit is to create a foundation of sustainability, equity, and livability for the black and brown community within the Greater Pittsburgh Metropolitan area. Through this organization, “Farmer Girl Eb” was born. Although “Farmer Girl Eb” is a for-profit entity, the idea of helping the community thrive is still the same. On April 20, 2021, Ebony opened a store front market located at 1 Noblestown Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15220. This location provides fresh produce, seedlings, natural soap, local honey and many other products to the community. Although the store front has yet to be open for business for one year, it may have to close its doors. There have been many people that have supported and continue to support the store front. However, the location has not been able to obtain enough patronage to continue to keep the doors open. Therefore, I am asking for your help! For the last three years, I have watched my best friend sacrifice so much to reach her dreams. For most people, their dreams ultimately benefit themselves. However, I can’t say the same thing for her. Since the beginning of her journey, Ebony has always wanted to help other people and wanted to share the knowledge that she was so blessed to obtain. Please help me keep the doors to “Farmer Girl Eb” open! I understand that this is a crazy time that we are living in, but anything will help!
