My Bella needs surgery to survive. She will eventually suffocate due to swelling of her soft palate, a new diagnosis today. She was diagnosed with partial lower tracheal collapse,  May 23. Steroids and other anti inflammatory medications haven't helped. Afraid that Bella will suffocate in my arms, I have frantically taken her to dogwood veterinarian hospital every night, the past week, My vet bills now enormous, I'm running out of my, emergency, savings.  She is rapidly getting worse. Please help me save my Bella. I would love for you to meet her. She puts a smile on everyone's face she meets.
