Please help Katy and Dallas rebuild in Alaska!

Let me first start off by saying that asking for help is the last thing Katy wanted to do, she will probably be upset that I put this together in the first place, but here we are anyway...

Katy and Dallas are making their trek to Alaska to better their lives so Dallas can serve as civilian law enforcement for the airforce, and Katy can continue her education toward nursing school. They packed up almost nothing, going from a 3-bed house in Oregon down to whatever they could fit in a camping trailer, truck, and CRV. Late Tuesday evening Katy and Dallas tried to stop for the night but the RV park was closed, so they headed a few more miles up the road, on this drive the roads were starting to ice over and the trailer slid off the road and pulled the truck with them. The trailer detached from the truck luckily and flipped over and was completely totaled, luckily no one was hurt. Almost all their stuff was ruined. They started with almost nothing and now they are left with even less.

We are raising money to help them get reestablished in Alaska.

From Katy via Facebook-
"On Tuesday night Dallas woke me up with his snoring, but instead of getting irritated like I normally do, I was happy to hear him sleeping safely next to me. We’re on our way to our new home in Anchorage, and last night Dallas hit black ice while towing a travel trailer with all of our belongings with Scarlett and Rory in the truck. I was driving behind him with James in my car and saw his truck turn sharply to the left and fly off the highway into a ditch, the trailer detached and did a barrel roll in the air before crashing into the snow. I pulled over but couldn’t see the truck from the other side of the road. I had no idea if Dallas and Scarlett we’re alive. Once it was safe to cross, I carried James across the road and Dallas was getting out of the truck and yelled that they were fine and not injured. The cats were in the trailer when it flipped. We found Darla safe right away but we searched for two hours but couldn’t find Clara. We had to get the kids to safety in the next town before the roads got worse than they were and it was getting colder by the minute and I was wet and freezing from searching in the snow. We hated leaving her out in the cold overnight if she survived the crash... We came back to the trailer this morning to try and find her and could not believe it when we heard her meowing, she somehow got in the cargo hold under a bunk bed and is safe and not hurt! We lost all of our belongings but I really don’t care, I am so great full that our entire family is safe."
