Please Help Kash's Family with Medical Expenses

Kash Dayton Jon Elliott is the 4-month-old son of Andrea Elliott and Jesse Carpenter, living in Chadron, Nebraska. Both Andrea and Jesse are working to support their family; Kash also has an 8-year-old brother named Parker. Unfortunately, on May 2nd, 2022, a parent's worst nightmare happened to Andrea and Jesse; Kash was found unresponsive and not breathing at daycare.

911 was called, and officers and medical teams responded. The first officer on the scene started CPR, and he was rushed to Chadron Medical Clinic. After a series of testing, Kash was diagnosed with rhinovirus.

Kash was taken by the Denver Flight Team to Children’s Hospital in Aurora, Colorado and placed in Pediatric ICU. Kash began having seizures and was placed on medication to sedate him to control them. However, he continued to struggle. At one point, the doctors discovered blood behind his eyes. They performed a series of testing (including a full-body skeletal scan, MRI, seizure monitoring, virus scan, and blood work) in search of answers.

This fundraiser is to help Kash and his family with medical and living expenses as Kash continues to fight for his life. Kash remains hospitalized five hours away from home. Andrea and Jesse have not been able to work since the incident because they are staying with Kash. Words cannot describe what Andrea and Jesse are going through.
