Hello my name is Julius. I had an on the job injury that required major surgery for the repair of bilateral quadriceps ruptures on both of my legs at the same time. Unfortunately at this time I am still unable to return to work. I'm still currently seeking treatment and rehabilitation from said above mention injuries.

I have exhausted most of the financial benefits that are entitled to me from the system due to said injuries. But as we all know life goes on and the bills are compiling daily which makes it very difficult to maintain one's normal life's activities and remove themselves from compiling financial hardships.
