Our lovely pal Julie Costen has had a really rough run of it lately and could really use our help!

Julie has suffered with Trigeminal Neuralgia TN (https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/trigeminal-neuralgia/symptoms-causes/syc-20353344) for many years and unfortunately she was recently had a 3 week hospital stay due to a bad tooth/jaw infection that triggered her TN.

She had to have 8 teeth removed and gum reconstruction. She is in a debilitating amount of pain and is also facing into future surgery as her medical team could not fix everything in stage one.

Unfortunately not all of her medical bills are covered by ohip or insurance, and on top of that she has been unable to work for the past month and needs to fully recover before returning to full time hours at work, so she is also out of income. (She is self employed).

Julie is now in a hard financial situation and deeply upset and worried. She just wants to be able to get back on her feet, pay her monthly bills, cover her medical bills and give River a decent Christmas!

We would truly appreciate any help you can offer, no matter how small! If you don't have spare cash, we understand so many are in similar positions, Julie would also deeply appreciate food items such as canned foods, oatmeal, pudding, apple sauce, soups, lunch snacks........

Julie is a gorgeous human. I got to know her as my kids babysitter and ended up loving her as much as my kids do! I would love to be able to give her and River the Christmas they deserve.
