Please help Josh Gallant

Joshua has been ill now and unable to work for over a year now and currently still undiagnosed. 

He has made countless trips out of town for medical appointments trying to find a diagnose. This cost is being paid by him and there is no foreseeable end to these trips in the future. 

Joshua has two young children with his wife Jennifer and is the sole financial provider to his family.
