Our dear brother in Christ John Rockmore needs some support. On September 19, John was hit by a car and left in the street while riding his bike home from work. He suffered significant injuries and both his bike and wallet contents were stolen. The hospital stay and his long-term injuries have exacted a high cost for the family and we are hopeful that those who love John and those who have a heart for charity will help John and his family through these challenging times. John has mounting medical expenses and insurance is only expected to cover 70 to 80%. His ICU stay and emergency services charges are expected to be very high and he has ongoing expenditures for rehab, an eye specialist for his eye that was severely damaged, dental expenditures and eventually replacement of his electric bike so he can ride home from work. We are so very thankful that John is healing and we thank the community for continued prayers for John and his family as he continues this healing journey.
