My lifelong friend's father has lost his home from Hurricane Ida; John Moore is now in need of everything. With no home to go back to, his son is currently moving his dad to NJ so he can be close to him and can help in his care. As you see in the heartbreaking video that made national news, there is basically nothing left, and he is essentially starting over. John is on limited fixed income at the age of 77 and could use whatever help we can give him to rebuild his life. I am simply setting up this fundraiser on behalf of my best friend. The money will be withdrawn by both John and his son Scott (on behalf of his father). Scott is working tirelessly to get arrangements for his dad.
